If you require further information about a suppliers’ quote, you are able to ask them a question online and they are able to respond online also. You can also ask the supplier to send a photo of the part or alternatively, you can send them a photo of the part that you require so that they can ensure it is an accurate match prior to purchase.
If this happens, we will send you an email advising that our suppliers are unable to assist you at this present time. You will have the option to re-submit your parts quote request.
Typically, most suppliers respond within a few hours, often within minutes. However, remember that our suppliers’ working hours are mostly normal week days between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm with some suppliers opening on Saturdays. You can use the eSpares system 24/7 to request a part quote.
We will send you an email when you have had a reply to your quote request. You will be able to click on the link within the body of the email which will take you to the login page on the eSpares site and your quote.
If eSpares suppliers are out of stock, don’t despair, you can save and re-send your part quote request again. Supplier’s inventory is always changing and renewing.
During normal office hours, suppliers should start responding to your request sometimes within minutes. However, it may take longer during busy periods to check availability and for them to come back to you.
